Twisted League Gameplay
Twisted League allows you to play in only two locations; Kourend and Kebos Region where you will play the role of an Ironman.

There are some changes to note before getting started with the game;
- You are meant to respawn in the Kourend Castle Courtyard.
- You can only teleport using the ports within Kourend and Kebos.
- The Base XP is now accelerated by five times.
Getting Started with Twisted League Old School Runescape
Starting the game is straightforward as you are only required to select Twisted League World to get started. The world is usually in green.
You might either choose to complete or skip the tutorial section of the game.
Then you proceed to Kourend Castle Region where you engage in conversation with the League Tutor to start the game.
Twisted League – Old School Runescape Tasks
There are a lot of tasks to be completed which you will find on the official Old School Runescape website.
These tasks include; eliminating monsters, completing quests, skilling, picking drops, among other mini tasks.

How OSRS Twisted League Relics Work
Relics are a series of buffs that you can use to improve your gaming ability which can only be obtained by spending your League Points.
The relics are used for improving your drop rates, skilling abilities, XP, and Combat Abilities. Below are three Relics Buffs and their advantages;
- Abyssal Accumulator – It protects you from 85% of the ammunition fired at you except Chinchompas.
- Dark Alter Devotion – This relic allows you to automatically bury bones.
- Endless Endurance – With this relic, you can never run out of energy while running because your hit points restore 4 times more.
You should know that the more Relics you unlock, the more powerful the buffs. Below are the required league points to unlock new relics;
- 1st Relic Tier: Free
- 2nd 400 League Points
- 3rd 1200 League Points
- 4th 2500 League Points
- 5th 5000 League Points
